The Estonian partners focused on the concept of developing a Community of Practice. Through their engagement with the TfT project, they shared what they learned with the rest of the teachers in their school in a structured manner, developing a community where teachers are supported to learn from and with one another. From their first-hand experience, they developed several recommendations for initiating and developing a community of practice.
